Head of the James 10.14.23

PACC competed with teams from throughout Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic region on the majestic 3-

mile (4800m) James River head race course. The rain didn’t stop them and a visit from last year's

rowers Dakota and Lucy now attending college in Richmond brightened the otherwise inclement day.
